These terms outline how the Workweek Lunch Partner Program works. By joining the program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Overview

The Workweek Lunch Partner Program is a collaborative referral program designed for professionals and creators who align with our values. Participation is optional, non-exclusive, and does not require promotion or public endorsement. Partners may recommend Workweek Lunch only when it feels appropriate and supportive.

2. Eligibility

The program is intended for registered dietitians, nutrition professionals, intuitive eating counselors, workplace or HR leaders, and content creators. We reserve the right to approve or remove partners at our discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Partners earn a 25% commission on paid memberships referred through their unique partner link. Commissions are earned only while the referred member remains active and in good standing. No commission is paid on refunds, chargebacks, or canceled memberships.

4. Payments

Commissions are calculated automatically and paid on a regular cadence (typically monthly), subject to any minimum payout threshold or payment method requirements communicated separately. Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

5. Ethical Guidelines

Partners agree to represent Workweek Lunch accurately and responsibly. This includes:

No weight-loss, body-size, or medical claims

No moral language around food

No misleading or deceptive promotion

Respect for client and audience autonomy

Workweek Lunch is a practical planning tool, not a medical or clinical service.

6. Brand Use

Partners may use approved Workweek Lunch names, links, and assets as provided. Brand language or materials may not be altered or used in a way that implies endorsement beyond participation in the Partner Program.

7. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Workweek Lunch may remove partners who violate these terms or misrepresent the program. Any outstanding commissions will be handled according to these terms.

8. Program Changes

We may update these terms or the Partner Program from time to time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
